TERRA DAS The TERRA DAS systems are connected directly to the server and recognized in the server as „internal“ hard disks. Depending on the solution, either a RAID controller or host bus adapter (HBA) with an exter- nal SAS connection in the server is required to connect the DAS systems. The TERRA DAS systems are a high-performance solutions providing servers with more hard disk space. SATA or SAS hard disks can be used.
