WORTMANN AG relies on a qualified, motivated and
disciplined young team of employees who, for the
most part, were trained by the company in-house.
Their power for innovation and work are a decisive
factor in the high quality of our products and services
and , thus, in our success.
In order to sustain this in the long term WORTMANN
AG also invests in future training and education and
fosters the needed motivation amongst its staff.
Knowledge about the technologies used by the
company and its products as well as longstanding
experience have a particular value for this.
A flat hierarchy at WORTMANN AG allows for quick
decision making and actions, flexible processes and
statements with substance.
WORTMANN AG offers a wide spectrum of
apprenticeships. Our apprentice quota far exceeds
the required average in Germany. So far, everyone
of our apprentices have been employed in a
permanent position.
